- Please allow about 2~3cm discrepancy for measurements stated due to different production batches/different ways of measurement by individuals.
- Colour may differ slightly due to monitor's resolution.
- Once current ordering date is closed, pls wait for the next one, if any.
- Please order only if you are willing to wait, your patience would be greatly appreciated.
EXCHANGE/RETURN
- Please understand that all sales are FINAL.
- All items will be checked before delivering.
- Will change to your alternative colour or a full refund will be made if items are out-of-stocks.
- No cancellation is allowed once payment is made.
SHIPPING
- Collection of items is strictly by postage only (normal/registered mail).
- We will NOT BE responsible for packages lost in the Normal mail.
- All parcels can be requested to be sent by Registered Mail (additional SGD 2.24 on top of the normal postage charge).
- For Ready Stocks Orders will only be mailed out AFTER payment have been received.
- We will consolidate all orders after the closing date and batch out together. Pre Order items will arrive Singapore in approx 3~4 weeks after order closing date.
- Please understand that we can't control the supplier is slow in restocking as this is something we never expected. The date we put up are our estimation based on past experience.
